two things about thadblog
1) thadblog is a great name for a blog. and, from what i can tell, it isn't taken. thad, take note
2) don't call me dorky and expect help. jerkass.
one thing about hawkenblog
yesterday was fucking huge - 4000 hits for a site that usually doesn't get much more than 100. unfortunately, it brought in a lot of idiots. this is my call for my friends (who are mostly not idiots) to start reading hawkblog, and combat the idiots. there are plenty of smart people debating, so if you guys could comment (i see parker has done a nice job with some of his economics posts) and drown out the dumb people, please do.
remember that hawkenblog does cover both ends of the spectrum, so please be respectful of everyone's point of view.

thadblog is a good name. perhaps i'll change my address. i already had difficulty in getting the appropriate number of 'r's in "arrrrrr" so this would alleviate the problem.
