1) new postal service - the single is weird, the melodies are wack, but the whole cd is pretty damn good. track 1 is my favorite, but tracks 2 & 3 (2 is the single, 'such great heights') are also good. really emo lyrics though.

2) new apc. first listen - meh. second listen - meh? third listen - holy shit this is amazing. i don't think much has changed since my 3rd listen.

3) new nappy roots - one word for you: fun. as geoff said, "good rap is real good", and thus our new year's resolution for 2000 has come to be true.

4) sponge - it's fun. arjune saw the lead snger of sponge at a hs basketball game once.

5) new outkast - it's crazy. 2 cds, one cd is all big boi, the other is all andre 3000. so, its basically two solo cds that are completely different. gives you good insight into outkast, if nothing else - but i was digging the first cd (didn't get to the supposedly "crazy" second cd)
