i have quite a few projects i'm working on now. personal stuff, mostly. ideas for art, ideas for music, ideas for this space. the most relevant to you, of course, are the changes i have planned for this space. i think the site is a bit noisy right now. i want it to be a little bit more stark. i think my writing voice is a bit noisy right now, and i also want _that_ to be a bit quieter, a bit more at ease.

the best way to do this, i think, is to introduce space. i want to add space to make this site easier to look at. i want to add space to make my posts / writing more readable. i want to add space because that forces me to simplify, and frankly, a lot of that crap over on the side is pretty superfluous. it does not need to stare you down whenever you are trying to find out what is going on with me.

a quick update on my life:

my relationship with jen is going quite well. it makes me quite happy.

my job situation is turning a corner. i have an interview tomorrow morning, and i might receive an offer from monster sometime soon.

i don't know where i am going to live one month, nine days from today. this is a problem, one which will hopefully be resolved soon. it is completely dependent on my aforementioned job hunt.

zack, who i spend almost all day at work talking to in between actual work and writing emails to chad and geoff, has purchased four tshirts. it's pretty flattering, but i still feel too dirty about the whole venture to permanently link to the store. maybe once i clean up this site, i'll do that.

flori is living with ryan and myself for the next two weeks. so far, so good.

ok, that's about it. i will probably lay low on writing here until i am happy with what this site looks like.
