so i haven't posted in a while.. yeah... what have i been doing? well, let's see... watching sports, playing video games... yea that seems about right. dealing with some drama... getting run over by giant trucks.. wait, you didn't hear that one? well, allow me to tell you.

last friday my car was way out of gas. so i drove over to the shell station before i got going to work. i turned left into the station, and since my gas tank is on the right side of my car, i pulled up to a bay on my right and pulled forward all the way and parked. there was a large-ish truck on my left, a flat bed that was just finishing up and pulling out of the station as i was pulling in. i parked, and i turned off my car, and i looked up to see this truck RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, cutting WAY TOO CLOSE to my car.

i pushed down on the horn and held it.

i heard a crunch.

the guy lifted my car off the ground. he was stuck on my car, it took us a minute to get the cars untangled.

yeah that's pretty much it. the guy didn't fucking see me, or he didn't see me when he started driving so he assumed i was never going to be there so he just kept going. bleh.

the estimate i got on saturday was for around $1000. i hope i don't have to jump through hoops to get this money.
