its official so i guess i can write about it here: my dad has resigned from the university of louisville effective immediately, and is currently moving back to cleveland. by currently, i mean he should be moved back tonight.
he's accepted a position with the university of wisconsin, in madison. he's going to be the director of maternal fetal medicine at the uw medical school (i'm pretty sure that's his official title), as well as a tenured professor. my mom will also be taking a job at uw, but i'm not really sure what her titles are going to be - something badass involving neonatology or hospital administration i'm sure.
so the bottom line is that my parents are moving from cleveland to madison on december 1st.
one more post and we'll call it a good day

i have never seen your dad on tv, although for a time he thought i was andrew.
but i wasnt a fetus at the time, nor did i have one inside of me, so i'll say thats irrelevant.
and that was all just a joke. true, but a joke nevertheless. congrats to him and your mom as well.

while i am sure that you are, at some level, sad to see your parents moving out of cleveland (not that you didn't skip town already) tell them congrats on the new jobs. having once seen your dad on tv during an interview, i can tell he is highly qualified to do whatever it is he does. im sure your mom is qualified as well, but i never saw her on tv, so i have no proof.
