so a couple more tidbits:

remember that car accident i got in to? the one where the truck ran over me while i was parked in the shell station? well apparently they aren't going to give me the full $1000. and given that i don't have collision insurance (it would cost too much), somehow i have no course of action to take with these fuckers other than "get a lawyer to write a somewhat menacing letter". i don't have the means to do that.

my dad has been in contact with this guy a few times. he is offering to split the payment, but somehow they are getting away with this bullshit. it pisses me off to no end.

just in case anyone wants to have a good target for a prank call or feels like swearing a lot at someone, have a ball. this guy and his whole fucking outfit is a bunch of cheats and scammers.

update: they are officially paying for half of the charges. well not completely officially, but they agreed to with my dad. so if you call to swear, only swear half as much as you would have if they didn't pay me at all for this travesty. i'll take pictures to show the damage soon enough.
