i like long weekends. the best part of long weekends is this - i go home friday, i forget about work for 3 days, then i come back to work on tuesday, and when i leave at 5 on tuesday it is lighter out. it's tangible proof that the days are getting longer. i love it. before i know it it'll be summer... and i won't be allowed to wear shorts to work. but still, it's coming.

geoff visited, last friday up to monday. it was a lot of fun, for sure. it was crazy too, because angela was around all weekend, which made me feel like two people were visiting me. oh well.

friday night after work i went to the airport and picked up geoff and angela. geoff got in at 3, but he was willing to wait until angela landed and i could get down there to get them, which was cool... and probably logical, since i don't know what else he could have done. anyways, we went over to jen's and then got anna's. geoff tried to down two super burritos. between that and geoff and i being silly, the weekend was off to a good start.

so yeah. um. this post has taken me all day to write. i keep getting cut off. as a result, i lose momentum. lots of momentum.

now i don't feel like finishing this post. its a waste cuz this weekend was good and all and deserves a good post.

now i've written about the process. this is all very self-aware and stupid. it's like a bad episode of mathnet or something.

work sucks so bad. this is what work does to me. it makes me ramble and lose momentum and just get tired and apathetic.
