just some random thoughts

i used to write in poetry on this site. or at least, more abstract. i've switched to more straightforward prose. i wonder why?

i'm making big changes to the photo gallery. possibly turning it into something worth providing on my own. i was told to 'fork' the gallery script i'm running now into my own, uh, special flavor. so i did. you might notice some changes now, but just hold on, it'll be good.

i tried using widescreen for a while. i didn't like it. i'm using stoicmuenster. what are you using? i know jen uses blorange still, despite my complaints :)

i've got some music in the rotation that i have not talked about yet. type o negative - october rust is one. i sorta listened to mars volta's latest, frances the mute. i just ripped at the drive-in - relationship of command and listened to it on the way into work today. i'm not ready to talk about any of those albums yet, but the last two are somewhat related in that i approached both because of geoff. i guess type o falls under that category too, in a sense. whatever, i'm getting ahead of myself - i'll give out a full music post later.

i'm around. the video in that post is pretty funny too, if you like star wars. and are a big nerd. like me.

speaking of david cross, jen and i came across the space ghost with the mr. show guys (david cross, bob odenkirk, or 'baaa bodenkirk' as space ghost called him). it was excellent. comcast on-demand has adult swim now. this includes like 6 episodes of home movies, 3 aqua teens, 4 space ghosts, and a few other fun shows. nick, i'm looking at you. on-demand gained like 1000 points with me last night.

i wonder if nick even reads this. nick, you should read this.
