bad times

my primary drive on my primary computer seems to have decided that it no longer wants to work.

i already ordered a replacement from best buy and i'm going to get it in a few hours. however, i've lost (i think) a LOT of data. i mean a lot.

well i didn't lose all my data. i think the drive is close to dying though. i should be able to recover everything, thank goodness.

backups for a desktop are pretty damn hard. i'd wanna back up so much stuff that i'd end up not having time to, you know, use my computer.

anyways, i have a brand new 120gb WD caviar drive that will take over for the apparently dying 60gb maxtor drive. yay!
