got a few things going on and not a lot of cleverness right now, so let's just roll through them:

1) nitin told me to make it easier to see a bunch of posts on one page. in favor? opposed? let me know. i might sneak it in somewhere.

2) awknerd will have new reviews soon, i can sense it.

3) i suck at poker now. absolutely suck. i sit down at a table and i'm all out of sorts - bad decision making, not aggressive enough followed by too aggressive... i've turned poker into another form of gambling instead of a skill game... and i suck at gambling games. however, i'm not sure if i really want to invest the time and effort into getting good again - i spent hours a night playing online and focused on getting much better last year and all of that progress has gone away... blah i'm just bitchin', we'll see how vegas goes in 2 months (whee!).

5) shit, i had something else. i really did. oh, zelda! yeah, i finally got into twilight princess over the weekend. i'm about 25 hours in (and halfway through the main quest) and i'm really digging it. i've only had a couple of encounters in the game that one could truly describe as "difficult," but i haven't really seeked out some of the optional stuff in the game that is pretty tough. that being said, i recommend, strongly. if you have a gamecube and $40, go buy it immediately before it becomes hard to find, and don't fret the whole wii thing.
