i forgot two quick anecdotes.
1) i made a wish in the western wall. it was not for an indians pennant. you don't think about these things when you're staring at the wailing wall. sorry trills.
2) in the bazaar there was a shopkeeper yelling to anyone who would pay attention to him: "vote for obama! he will fix america. not like that president bush you have now. only obama!" i liked that shopkeeper.
