ups is assholes

they called me at 6am today with a recorded message about an urgent package delivery (my ps3!) that REQUIRES someone be home to sign. the recording was adamant on this vital piece of information - someone HAS to be there to sign, or i won't get my package

and then they follow that up with "no specific times are available, but your package will be delivered between 8am and 7pm"

i don't want to try and recreate a mid-90s seinfeld/romano-esque rant here, so here is where i'll end.
